Customer Service is an organization's ability to supply their customer's wants and needs.customer service is the ability of an organization to constantly and consistently exceed the customer's expectations. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfactionthat is the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. Customer service may be provided by a person or by automated which means called self-service. Examples of self service are Internet sites. Customer service is also plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. Customer service is also the lifeblood of any business. It can offer promotions and slash prices to bring in as many new customers. Customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending the customers away happy enough to pass positive feedback. Customer service persons must be good enough so that they can sell anything to anyone. The essence of a good customer service is forming a relationship with customers. Basically the goal of a customer service is to not only help the customer have a good experience, but to offer them an experience that exceeds their expectations.
