I would like to see this article written from a Philippine perspective. While the Philippines is consistently mentioned along India in the BPO industry it is still a very nascent market for KPO services. Will the Philippines continue to be second in line behind India bringing better quality and better service at a cheaper price or will they develop independent emerging KPO services where there Western Cultural familiarity and English fluency.
