OFFSHORE term means that it is about benefiting from the assets protection services offered by the nation which also known as jurisdiction or haven. Normally a legal requirement for this is the said company should not own any businesses, or corporations or organization, they are only allowed to do banking transactions. Most of the companies are engaged to this to spare or free them to pay high taxes from their own country, the salary wages of the employees are much lesser compared to the one from their main office, they can do more businesses globally and with less interventions from the government where the mother company is located.

OFFSHORE DATA ENTRY means that a company puts up another branch outside their country or in another place where all they have to do is to key in the data for the company, the mother company will be the one who will provide them all the information and they are the one who do the data entry and send it to them so the mother company can use it for their business. In 1992 the Philippines was ranked first in data entry services, companies have extended their facilities and manpower work force to include transcription, character substitution, validation, report generation and computer processing the study founded by the World Bank. It was in the Philippines that the computerized catalogue of France's new national library in Paris was compiled.
