With the world economy in a tailspin of de-leveraging and potentially gearing down production. This is due to the simple fact of American consumers pushing their credit limits to the max and developing economies unwilling and unable to turn their saving economies into consumption based. Most of the worlds small businesses are going to have to relate to doing things faster, cheaper and better.

Small businesses turning to cheaper international options such as business process outsourcing options or information tecnology services options become increasingly necessary for small and medium sized businesses.
