Our role for client’s demands has a greater contribution than ever before to assist financial management, and contribute to business decision making.

An audit is an official, professional, independent examination and verification of a company's financial statements and accounting documents and this is being performed to ascertain the validity and reliability of information, and also provide an assessment of a system's internal control while accounting is considered "the language of business" because it is the vehicle for reporting financial information about a business entity to many different groups of people. This is also refers to the art of recording, classifying, and summarizing in a significant manner and in terms of money, transactions and events.

LEGAL PROCESS OUTSOURCING
BY: ROSE BERDIN
WHAT IS OUTSOURCING? It is not just call centers?
Outsourcing is contracting with another company or person to do a particular function.
WHAT IS LEGAL PROCESS OUTSOURCING?
It refers to the practice of a law firm or corporation obtaining legal support services from an outside law firm or legal support services company and is considered also as an attractive business.
In business, for you to be successful you have to have a sense of responsibility as well as accountability. You have to be accountable in all your actions and for me one of the best FOUNDATION of a business is TRUST...TRUST in the sense that you let your people do their responsibilities without using your power as a leader as well as you have to be a good leader for you to have the best follower.
In legal process outsourcing, one of its advantages is primarily for cost saving purposes as well as efficiency and quality. Legal process outsourcing is very beneficial to both law firms and corporations. Another important factor also to consider with legal process outsourcing is that it typically frees up a lawyer from insignificant tasks and allows him to focus on other matters. So, the lawyer can mostly benefit because from he/she can save time and effort in doing unnecessary things.

This article highlights the competition in the Philippines.
Here is an example of one of the companies in these second wave cities.

2009 BPO Consolidation
Two trends that have been mentioned on this blog before is the trend of Indian BPO providers moving more of their operations to the Philippines and increased consolidation of BPO providers. With the recent economic conditions it will be interesting to see how these two events play out.
I suspect that the short term appreciation of the US dollar will drive increased outsoucing in general but because real wages have flatlined in India that the flow of operations to the Philippines will also slow.
The announcement of the following all stock merger of Health Axis and BPO Management services is the first of many that will happen in 2009.
